The mission of Hauling Hero’s is to help disadvantaged Tri-Valley Bay Area families in need of hauling junk removal, moving and finding furniture for FREE. We recycle, repurpose, and curate gently used, donated furnishings to transform empty spaces into homes in NEED.

OUR STORY

My name is Bradley Ballard, owner of Brads Junk Removal & Moving in Danville, Ca. I’m a student at Cal Poly SLO and working hard raising money for college. A select group of my Brads Junk Removal and Moving Team has started the “HAULING HEROES for FREE TEAM”. The HEROES are a TEAM of high school student-athletes who acquire and deliver furniture and help move it or haul it away FOR FREE for the underprivileged and people in NEED of help. “Come One, Come ALL”, people in NEED, low income, disabled, elderly on low fixed income, disabled veterans, and disadvantaged needing help. Please join me and my Hauling Heroes team in making a difference to benefit these people. We will provide all the hauling and moving and our manpower services for FREE. ALL donations will help us absorb our expenses for GAS, DUMP FEES and other expense incurred from our helping these people for free. We are providing our time, services (workforce), and equipment (trucks & trailers) for FREE. Your donations will help us make an impact in our community for these people. Hauling Heroes For Free will not be making ANY profit for our services. Our PLEDGE is to assist for FREE people in NEED: elderly, underprivileged, handicapped, and veterans NEEDING free assistance for junk removal, hauling to the dump and moving of furniture, etc. We are young, strong, energetic High School student-athletes that have been blessed to have a GREAT local junk hauling business and make money from the support of our community, and we want to use our extra time to give back. I’ve got an army of guys that WE call “Hero Teammates” (baseball & football guys), and we have the energy and are ready to go out and help. Our love for our COMMUNITY, neighbors, and all humanity is ready to SHINE. Please help us make a difference for these people. Brad Ballard & Hauling Heroes for FREE do it again. The other day Brad and Hauling Heroes got an urgent SOS Help Help text from Dana at Good Shepherd Lutheran Concord. Last year GSL Good Shepherd assisted over 22,000 people with emergency food, provided furnishings to 300+ others who transitioned from homelessness to housing. FURNITURE and people to deliver for FREE is what they need to help make the new housing into a HOME. Brad and his Heroes are THE FINAL MILE for FREE. Brad Ballard and his Hauling Heroes met Carol Hult the WONDERFUL lady donating the all the fabulous furniture at 4:30 pm yesterday 12/10 when the rain stopped. They had 2 loads for Mike the man in his new transitioning apartment that included Simmons queen box spring and mattress in excellent condition, buffet, matching armoire and night stand, 2 nice lamps (Mike had very little light), pictures artwork, clock and several bags of linens and bed covering items along with all the dining table things. 1st load delivered at 6:30 and 2nd load

Brad and his Hauling Heroes did a great BIG JOB for this wonderful woman Mrs Argon of Danville. It took 4 trips because we worked hard to help her repurpose furniture to needy charities and made separate deliveries to Make It Home and Contra Costa Interfaith. Mrs. Argon worked side by side with us to get it done. Big furniture, large home office items desks files etc. And we did a huge dump run for her. Great morning for Brad and his Hauling Heroes bringing donated repurposed furniture to one of our favorite loyal charities Contra Costa Interfaith. We picked up a ton of things this morning early from the Gorman family of Danville thst could have ended up at the dump but my Hauling Heroes found them a new home. After 2 hours on the phone I found a match with CC INTERFAITH. Mounds and mounds that were destined for the dump. Mrs. Julia Murray of Danville was helping a friend move out of his Oakland home and she reached out to me and my Heroes with 911 call to save it all going into the landfill. The items had to go quickly so I networked my resources while loading got them to Mr Williams and 200 refugees

Had a GREAT opportunity to do a junk removal job for Dr. Walters and his wife Chris Alamo. Dr Walters was on his way to a Ronald McDonald Foundation meeting. He is a pediatric Bone marrow transplant doctor and he is a division Chief of pediatrics at UCSF Children's and donates his time to helping cancer patients and their families. SEE THIS VIDEO!!
